Liability waiver acceptance

I declare that I have read and understood the liability waiver statement relating to the excursion and confirm, under my own responsibility, that I am in good health, that I have no impediments to carrying out hiking activities in a volcanic environment, and that I am equipped with gear that I personally consider suitable for the type of excursion I intend to undertake.

Specific approval pursuant to Articles

Pursuant to and for the purposes of Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, I declare that I have carefully examined all the clauses contained in the liability waiver statement and specifically approve all the points listed from no. 1) to no. 3), relating to physical fitness and equipment, conduct during the excursion, compliance with the guide’s instructions, any changes to the route or duration, release from liability for injuries, illness, damage to myself or third parties, theft and/or damage to personal belongings.

Personal data processing

I declare that I have read the privacy notice on the processing of personal data and authorize the processing of my data for all requirements connected with registration, organization and carrying out of the excursion, also in order to provide the authorities responsible for supervision and rescue with information about the participants.
